本文对Inconel 706合金的室温和高温机械性能、相组成,冶炼以及有关加工工艺等进行了比较系统地叙述。Inconel 706是由Inconel 718合金经改进而发展的,它是因加入Nb、Ti、Al元素产生γ′沉淀的Ni-Fe-Cr型时效硬化合金。相对于Inconel 718合金,706合金不含有Mo元素,Ni、Cr、Nb的含量也有降低,而Ti和Fe的含量增高一些,虽然总的合金化程度有所降低,但室温及高温强度仍相当于718合金。偏析倾向也有所改善,并易于热加工和冷加工,具有优良的焊接性能,可以很顺利地加工成各种型材,包括板、棒、线材和锻坯。故706合金可在许多地方应用,如加压室壳体、涡轮盘、涡轮轴、紧固件、宇航部件等。目前日本、西德等都进行了仿制,这是一种很有前途的高温合金。
In this paper, Inconel 706 alloy at room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties, phase composition, smelting and related processing techniques were more systematically described. Inconel 706 was developed by the improvement of Inconel 718 alloy, which is a Ni-Fe-Cr type age-hardenable alloy produced by adding γ-precipitation of Nb, Ti and Al elements. Compared with Inconel 718 alloy, alloy 706 does not contain Mo, Ni, Cr, Nb content also decreased, while Ti and Fe content increased slightly, although the total alloying degree decreased, but the room temperature and high temperature strength is still equivalent to 718 alloy. Segregation tendency has also been improved, and is easy to hot and cold work, with excellent weldability, can be successfully processed into a variety of profiles, including plates, rods, wire and forging billet. Therefore 706 alloy can be used in many places, such as pressurized chamber shell, turbine disk, turbine shaft, fasteners, aerospace components. At present, Japan, West Germany, etc. have been imitation, which is a promising high temperature alloys.
