1 病例报告患者女,30岁。10年前左小指冻伤后发现近节屈侧一肿物,初为黄豆大小,无疼痛及发热症状,未经治疗,肿物增长缓慢。近2个月肿物突然增大,约杏核大小,伴轻度疼痛,要求入院手术治疗。查体:全身状况佳,左小指近节屈侧一肿物约2.5cm×2.5cm,皮温、皮色正常,质地硬,表面尚光滑,活动度差,无搏动感,轻度压痛,无放射痛,小指近侧指间关节屈曲略受限。X线检查:左小指近节指间关节外软组织梭形肿胀,其内可见一约1.5cm×1.8cm边界清楚、椭圆形密度增高影,其内密度不均,见点状钙化,近节指骨远端掌侧骨皮质局部轻度受
1 Case report Female patient, 30 years old. Ten years ago, the left-handed little finger suffered a frostbite and was found to have a lumbosacral mass. The size of soy bean was initially no pain and fever. Untreated, the growth of the tumor was slow. In the last 2 months, the mass suddenly increased, about the size of the apricot kernel, with mild pain, requiring hospitalized surgery. Physical examination: The whole body is in good condition. The left little finger is about 2.5cm x 2.5cm proximal to the flexion. The skin temperature and skin color are normal. The texture is hard, the surface is still smooth, the activity is poor, there is no pulse, mild tenderness, no Radiant pain, slightly limited proximal finger joint flexion of the little finger. X-ray examination: spindle-like swelling of the extra-articular soft tissue around the left little finger near the interphalangeal digit, with a clear, oval-shaped increase in the density of about 1.5cm x 1.8cm, uneven density, punctate calcification, proximal phalanx The distal palmar cortex is locally mildly affected
