目的:了解手足口病的病原学特征,为HFMD的监测和预警提供本底资料。方法:采用ELISA法检测临床HFMD患儿血清Cox-IgM、ECHO-IgM、EV71-IgM抗体。结果:275例HFMD患儿血清中EV71-IgM阳性率为56.4%(155/275),Cox-IgM阳性率为33.5%(92/275),ECHO-IgM阳性率为10.1%(28/275),EV71-IgM为主要致病原。结论:结果与文献[4]报道的HFMD可由多种EV病原体引起,肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A16(CoxA16)是最主要的病原体HFMD,重症病例多以EV71感染为主的结论相一致。
Objective: To understand the etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease and provide background information for the monitoring and early-warning of HFMD. Methods: Serum Cox-IgM, ECHO-IgM and EV71-IgM antibodies were detected by ELISA in children with HFMD. Results: The positive rate of EV71-IgM in serum of 275 children with HFMD was 56.4% (155/275), the positive rate of Cox-IgM was 33.5% (92/275) and the positive rate of ECHO-IgM was 10.1% (28/275) , EV71-IgM as the main causative agent. Conclusion: The results reported in the literature [4] can be caused by a variety of EV pathogens. Enterovirus 71 (EV71) and CoxA16 (CoxA16) are the major pathogens HFMD. Severe cases are predominantly EV71 Consistent with the conclusion.
