通过对低压铸造A356.2铝合金轮毂轮辋拉伸试样的检测分析,对其缺陷和性能进行了研究。结果表明:缩松是影响轮辋性能的主要因素,而夹渣对性能的影响相对较小;缩松的数量是影响抗拉强度和伸长率的主要因素。当断口的缩松面积(缺陷率)小于2%时,抗拉强度和伸长率的变化都不大;随着断口缩松面积的增加,抗拉强度和伸长率迅速下降;当断口的缩松面积在6%~8%时,伸长率的变化较为平缓。
Through testing and analyzing the tensile test specimen of the wheel rim of A356.2 alloy wheel in low pressure casting, the defects and properties of the wheel rim were studied. The results show that shrinkage is the main factor affecting the rim performance, while the impact of slag inclusion is relatively small; the amount of shrinkage is the main factor affecting the tensile strength and elongation. When the shrinkage area (defect rate) of the fracture is less than 2%, the tensile strength and elongation change little. With the increase of fracture area, the tensile strength and elongation decrease rapidly. When the fracture Area of 6% to 8%, the change in elongation is more gentle.
