法学本科学生要成为职业化、通识化、卓越的法律人才,需要法学本科教育提供能够促进学生发展的教育教学方法。现有的法学教育教学方法未能从根本上改变教师为中心、学生在圈外学的局面,无法提高学生自主学习和创新能力,无法激发学生的好奇心,无法满足学生发展需求。参与式学习教学法是以学生为导向,让学生角色换位,实现学生自主、好奇、自我发展、教师辅助的学习,增加学生实践学习,去除过分依赖教师的情形,使学生成为“四能一德”的主体,实现“教学合一”的目标的有效方法。通过设定参与式学习的策略和程序,实施参与式学习教学实验实践后,学生综合能力得到提高,发展效果良好。
Law undergraduate students want to become professional, generalization, excellent legal talent, law undergraduate education is needed to provide education and teaching methods that can promote the development of students. The existing teaching methods of law education failed to fundamentally change the situation that teachers are the center and students learn outside the circle, failing to improve their ability of autonomous learning and innovation, failing to stimulate the curiosity of students and failing to meet the needs of students’ development. Participatory learning is a student-oriented teaching method, which allows students to change their roles and achieve students ’autonomous, curious, self-development and teacher-assisted learning, increases students’ practical learning and removes over-reliance on teachers, making them “four-energy A German ”main body, to achieve “ teaching unity ”an effective way to the goal. By setting the strategies and procedures of participatory learning, after the implementation of participatory learning experiment practice, the comprehensive ability of students has been improved and the development effect has been well achieved.
