2008年,在总经理的大力支持下,我们主持设计了公司2009年绩效管理体系建设方案,从2008年9月6日制订方案实施计划到2008年12月7日最新绩效管理办法正式被批准实施,总共用了三个月的时间。在这三个月里,我们与管理层做了不下10次的正式沟通(非正式的沟通则更多),对中高层管理人员进行了两次集中培训,整理了三万字的绩效管理辅导手册,组织编写了最新的员工职位说明书。
