工学结合已成为高职院校人才培养模式的主流趋势,这一模式的深入推进,必然带来高职院校口语教学新的趋势,提出新的要求。职业性是高职英语课程的方向,综合能力的培养是高职英语教学的目标。以“工学结合”为切入点,从学生、课程设置和教师等方面,对影响高职学生的英语交际能力的因素进行分析,提出进行隐性分层,构筑立体化教学模式;依据学生岗位需求合理选取并使用教材;加强师资队伍建设,重视教师培养。
The combination of work and study has become the mainstream trend of personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges. The further promotion of this mode will surely bring about new trends in oral teaching in higher vocational colleges and put forward new requirements. Vocational is the direction of vocational English courses, comprehensive ability training is the goal of vocational English teaching. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the communicative competence of English in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of “combination of work and study”, puts forward the method of recessive stratification and the construction of three-dimensional teaching mode from the aspects of students, curriculum and teachers. Job needs reasonable selection and use of teaching materials; strengthen the construction of teaching staff, emphasis on teacher training.
