人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)是一类环状如ds DNA病毒,它们感染皮肤及粘膜,引起疣、上皮良性增生及癌变等疾病。已发现的HPV有6O多个型别,其中HPV16、18、31、33与90%以上的宫颈癌有关,被称为高危HPV;而HPV6、11则与上皮良性增生有关,被称为低危HPV。本文就近年研究HPV基因在人宫颈癌发展中的作用及用转基因动物研究HPV基因特点的进展综述如下。
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a type of circular DNA virus such as ds, they infect the skin and mucous membranes, causing warts, epithelial benign proliferation and cancer and other diseases. HPV has found more than 6O types, including HPV16,18,31,33 with more than 90% of cervical cancer, known as high-risk HPV; and HPV6,11 with epithelial benign hyperplasia, known as low-risk HPV. In this paper, recent studies on the role of HPV gene in the development of human cervical cancer and the progress of researching the characteristics of HPV gene by transgenic animals are summarized as follows.
