目的 观察碳酸氢钠和氟化钠混合液治疗牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法 实验组使用1mol／L浓度碳酸氢钠和0．48mol／L浓度氟化钠混合液治疗；对照组用0．48mol／L浓度的氟化钠溶液治疗。记录第三次治疗后的疗效。结果 实验组：显效58例（96．67％）、有效2例（3．33％）、无效0例（0．00％），总有效60例（100．00％）。对照组：显效24例（40．00％）、有效33例（55．00％）、无效3例（5．00％），总有效57例（95．00％）。两组总有效率无显著差异（P＞0．05）。两组显效率有显著差异（P＜0．02）。结论 1mol／L浓度的碳酸氢钠和。0．48mol／L浓度的氟化钠混合液，是一种强有效的牙本质脱敏剂。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sodium bicarbonate and sodium fluoride mixture in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods The experimental group was treated with 1mol / L sodium bicarbonate and 0.48mol / L sodium fluoride. The control group was treated with 0.48mol / L sodium fluoride solution. Record the efficacy of the third treatment. Results The experimental group was markedly effective in 58 cases (96.67%), effective in 2 cases (3.33%), invalid in 0 cases (0.00%) and total effective in 60 cases (100.00%). In the control group, 24 cases were markedly effective (40.00%), 33 cases were effective (55.00%), 3 cases were ineffective (5.00%) and 57 cases were effective (95.00%). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Significant difference between the two groups were significant differences (P <0.02). Conclusion 1mol / L sodium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate concentrations. 0.48mol / L concentration of sodium fluoride mixture, is a strong and effective dentin desensitizer.
