玻璃窑炉是玻璃厂的主要生产设备,能耗高、热效率低是长期存在的难题。本文论述了天津市第五玻璃厂生产高白料的蓄热式马蹄焰炉采用捣打料、轻质保温砖等新型保温材料对炉体进行全保温,对料的熔化过程实行自动化控制,并采用高效能内混式喷嘴等节能措施。对该窑进行了热平衡测试、计算和分析。实验结果表明熔化率、热效率显著的提高,耗油量大幅度地下降。节能效果显著,提高了产品质量。
Glass furnace is the main production equipment of glass factory, high energy consumption, low thermal efficiency is a long-standing problems.
