在“复杂级进模”的整个级进工步中,既能完成普通级进模的冲孔、落料或冲孔、切断弯形等工步,又可以进行弯边、翻窗、冲凸等工步,它的设计方法与普通级进模既有相同之处,又有不同之点。本文才以通过冲制图1所示冲件的模具来阐述“复杂级进模”与普通级进模在设计方面的不同之备。一、要解决的几个问题1.由于在整个级进工步中要对条料进行弯边、翻窗、冲凸等工步,故而在每一步结束后,条料要立即从凹模表面升起,使条料上已弯曲变形部分脱离凹模型腔。否则,条料无法继续送进见(图2)、(图3)。
