目的:探讨5-脂氧合酶(5-lipoxygenase,5-LOX)在结肠癌组织中表达的意义.方法:收集南通大学附属医院2008-01/2009-03外科手术切除的结肠癌标本60例,正常结肠组织30例,采用SP免疫组织化学检测结肠癌组织和正常结肠组织中5-LOX的表达情况.结果:5-LOX在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率高于正常结肠组织,差异有统计学意义(76.7%vs40.0%,P<0.05);结肠癌组织多为中等或强阳性表达,而正常黏膜组织中多不表达或弱阳性表达.TNM分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期和Ⅲ+Ⅳ期5-LOX的表达阳性率分别为45.0%、80.0%,差异显著(P<0.05);有、无淋巴结转移组织中5-LOX的表达阳性率分别为90.0%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤浸润全层及浆膜5-LOX的表达阳性率明显高于肿瘤累及浸润黏膜、肌层,差异有统计学意义(87.9%vs55.6%,P<0.05).结论:5-LOX在结肠癌组织中表达明显增高,其异常表达与结肠癌的发生、发展有关.
Objective: To explore the significance of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) expression in colon cancer tissues. Methods: To collect 60 cases of colon cancer specimens from January 2008 to March 2009 in Nantong University Affiliated Hospital. The expression of 5-LOX in colon cancer tissues and normal colon tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rate of 5-LOX in colon cancer tissues was higher than that in normal colon tissues. Statistical significance (76.7% vs40.0%, P<0.05); Most of the colon cancer tissues were moderately or strongly positively expressed, but not in normal mucosa tissues or weakly positively expressed. TNM stages I+II and III+IV The positive rate of 5-LOX expression was 45.0% and 80.0%, respectively (P<0.05). The positive rate of 5-LOX expression in lymph node metastasis tissues was 90.0% and 60.0%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant. Significance (P<0.05); The positive rate of 5-LOX expression in the tumor infiltrating layer and serosa was significantly higher than that in the tumor involving the infiltration of mucosa and muscle, the difference was statistically significant (87.9% vs55.6%, P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of 5-LOX is significantly increased in colon cancer tissues, and its abnormal expression is related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
