研究目的:通过分析铁路节能现状,揭示铁路在交通运输业节能降耗中的地位以及对改善和优化综合交通运输结构的战略意义。基于目前节能技术和铁路发展趋势,结合我国能源特点及发展方向,预测未来铁路节能技术的改进路径。研究结论:依靠一系列制度性安排以及现实可行的技术手段,铁路实现了能源消费结构的优化升级和单位能耗的持续性降低。铁路未来节能潜力巨大,其技术改进路径主要集中在大幅推进“以电代油”工程,以及通过运输组织调整等技术手段继续深化内涵式扩大再生产,实现经济增长方式和能源消费方式的根本性转变。
Research purposes: By analyzing the present situation of railway energy conservation, revealing the status of the railway in the energy saving of transportation and its strategic significance for improving and optimizing the comprehensive transportation structure. Based on the current energy-saving technologies and railway development trends, combined with China’s energy characteristics and development direction, predict the future improvement of railway energy-saving technologies. Research conclusions: Relying on a series of institutional arrangements and practical technological means, the railway has realized the optimization and upgrading of energy consumption structure and the sustained reduction of energy consumption per unit. The future potential for energy saving of the railway is enormous. The path of technological improvement mainly focuses on pushing forward the project of “substituting oil with electricity” and deepening the connotation expansion and reproduction through technological means such as transport organization adjustment so as to realize the fundamental of economic growth mode and energy consumption mode Sexual change.
