The successful development of high-tech companies in the Cambridge Science Park in the United Kingdom and its close ties with the university have been included in the “Cambridge Phenomenon” and have received extensive attention from the industry. We conducted preliminary investigations on the business strategies of these companies. The 12 companies involved in the investigation began to contain multiple types. There are 8 models that are in line with the recently established and rapidly expanding high-tech companies.
