酶-底物反应体中底物分子的浓度图,不仅能比较有力地说明酶-底物结合反应的最大限度要比传统的估计值高出一个数量级,而且还能为底物分子的扩散运动提供一幅鸟瞰图,从而有助于深入研究酶的作用原理,然而要由实验方法测得浓度图是十分困难的。但是,由于我们曾在文献[1]中给出了一般方法来计算这类反应体系中底物浓度的分布;并在文献[2]中给出了关于算得浓度的收敛性证明与误差分析,因而可用数值方法画出它们的浓度图。本文将用文献[1]中的方法,考虑在更复杂作用位能的情况下,给出一些反应体系的浓度图。
