研究了添加Pr_6O_11的SnO_2半导体气敏元件的气敏特性。在丙酮、乙醇、甲烷、一氧化碳等11种气氛中测量结果表明,元件对丙酮、乙醇具有选择性,Pr_6O_(11)的最佳含量为1.0wt%左右。实验还发现,元件的限定工作温度随着Pr_6O_(11)含量的增加而下降,响应时间和恢复时间缩短,灵敏度随被测气体浓度变化的线性范围相应增大。
The gas sensing properties of SnO_2 semiconductor gas sensor with Pr_6O_11 added were studied. The results of measurement in 11 kinds of atmospheres such as acetone, ethanol, methane and carbon monoxide showed that the components were selective to acetone and ethanol, and the optimal content of Pr 6 O 11 was about 1.0 wt%. The experimental results also showed that the limited working temperature of the element decreased with the increase of Pr 6 O 11 content, and the response time and recovery time were shortened. The linear range of the sensitivity with the concentration of the measured gas increased correspondingly.
