药用植物甘草的种子搭载于返回式人造地球卫星上,经太空飞行后回到地面,用电镜观察其超微结构的变化。结果表明,失重组材料的一些叶绿体出现解体情况,击中组材料的细胞核的核质密度下降,叶绿体周围线粒体等细胞器增多。说明太空环境的微重力和高能重离子辐射对植物有一定影响,辐射的影响更明显。
The seeds of the medicinal plant, licorice, were carried on a returning man-made earth satellite. After returning to space, they returned to the ground and observed their ultrastructural changes with electron microscopy. The results showed that some chloroplasts of the recombined material appeared to be disintegrated, the nucleus density of the nucleus in the hitting group material decreased, and the mitochondria and other organelles around the chloroplast increased. It shows that micro-gravity and high-energy heavy ion radiation in the space environment have a certain influence on plants, and the influence of radiation is more obvious.
