在市场经济不断发展和企业改革日益深化的大背景下,国有企业工会干部如何适应形势的发展变化,不断突出自身职能,在企业的改革、发展和稳定中发挥更大的作用,是当前面临的主要问题。本文从增强服务意识、加强自身修养、寻求党政支持和顾全大局服务生产等四个方面阐述了工会干部新形势下的努力方向。作为企业工会干部要放平心态,踏实工作,不能奢求自己的工作有什么惊天动地之举,有什么轰动效应的业绩,能得到什么奖赏。只要尽心尽力,努力去做,能够得到群众的认可就是最好的肯定。
Under the background of the continuous development of market economy and the deepening of enterprise reform, how the trade union cadres of state-owned enterprises adapt to the development and changes of the situation, constantly highlight their own functions and play a greater role in the reform, development and stability of enterprises is the current challenge main problem. This article elaborates the direction of hard work under the new situation of trade union cadres from four aspects: enhancing service awareness, strengthening self-cultivation, seeking party and government support and overall service production. As an enterprise trade union cadre, it is necessary to calm down the state of mind and work steadily. We can not expect any earth-shattering move in our own work. What is the result of any sensational effect? What reward can we get? As long as you try your best and work hard to achieve recognition by the masses, it is the best affirmation.
