目前在中小学校,普遍建立了各学科教研组。但对班主任工作的研究,却没有一定的组织形式和制度。班主任对学生的成长负有重要责任。班级工作内容又非常丰富,必须经常研究和部署。因此,我建议在中小学成立班主任研究组,同各学科教研组一样,定期开展活动。 At present, in the primary and secondary schools, teaching and research groups of various disciplines are generally established. However, there is no certain organizational form and system for the study of the head teacher’s work. The head teacher has an important responsibility for the growth of the students. The class work content is very rich and must be studied and deployed frequently. Therefore, I propose to set up a study group for headteachers in primary and secondary schools to carry out regular activities in the same way as the teaching and research groups of various disciplines.
