目的了解常州市武进区学校食堂餐具消毒情况。方法采用大肠菌群食(饮)具快速检测纸片对学校食堂待用餐具进行检测。结果 2011—2013年共抽查157家学校食堂,累计检测餐具8 280份,合格5 858份,合格率为70.75%;其中2012年合格率最高(72.78%),2011年合格率最低(67.52%),3年间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.603,P<0.01)。幼托机构食堂餐具消毒合格率最高(86.58%),其次为中小学(69.50%),高中及以上合格率最低(61.85%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=188.104,P<0.01)。冬春季餐具消毒合格率高于夏秋季,民办学校高于公立学校,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=15.37,124.03,P值均<0.01)。结论常州市武进区学校食堂餐具消毒合格率较低,存在一定的食源性疾病风险。 Objective To understand the Wujin District, Changzhou City, school canteen tableware disinfection situation. Conclusion Wujin District, Changzhou City, school canteens tableware disinfection pass rate is low, there is a certain risk of foodborne diseases.
