现代工艺控制技术已经使气作渗氮发生了变革。众所周知的渗氮工艺,已经采用了七十多年,由于传统工艺存在一些缺陷,而没有得到应有的重视。现在该工艺已成为高效和可以预测的技术,广泛而成功地应用于钢铁零件表面处理。与离子港氮工艺相比,可控的渗氨工艺更具有竞争力,因为它没有后者的局限性。该工艺也成功地取代了公浴处理。在气作渗氮中,有害排出物仅仅是氨气,可通过最近开发的中和烧嘴或标准分解器予以消除,而且不存在需要处理的固体与液体残留物。
Modern process control technology has revolutionized gas nitriding. Well-known nitriding process, has been used for more than seventy years, due to some shortcomings of the traditional process, but did not get the attention it deserves. Now the process has become an efficient and predictable technology, widely and successfully applied to the surface treatment of steel parts. The controlled ammonia infiltration process is more competitive than the ion-port nitrogen process because it does not have the latter limitations. The process has also succeeded in replacing the public bath treatment. In gas nitriding, harmful emissions are just ammonia and can be eliminated by the recently developed neutralization burner or standard resolver without the presence of solids and liquid residues that need to be disposed of.
