利用自行开发的镁合金双辊铸轧设备,通过镁合金铸轧工艺试验,制备出AZ31镁合金铸轧板坯。研究了双辊铸轧镁合金板坯显微组织特征及铸轧温度对板坯微观组织影响规律。结果表明,镁合金双辊铸轧板坯晶粒细小,均匀圆整,显微组织具有快速凝固和半固态组织特征;铸轧温度对板坯显微组织的影响显著,当铸轧温度为685℃时,镁合金铸轧板坯获得理想的显微组织。
Using self-developed magnesium alloy twin roll casting equipment, through the magnesium alloy casting process test, prepared AZ31 magnesium alloy casting slab. The microstructure of the twin roll cast magnesium alloy slab and the effect of casting temperature on the microstructure of the slab were studied. The results show that the grain size of magnesium alloy twin-roll cast slab is small and uniform, and the microstructure has rapid solidification and semi-solid microstructure. The effect of casting temperature on the microstructure of slab is significant. When the temperature of casting is 685 ℃, magnesium alloy cast slab to obtain the ideal microstructure.
