前已报道,在对湖北光敏感核不育水稻(HPGMR)进行红光(R)/远红光(FR)的诱导—逆转,并以其目然结实率为育性指标的试验后,已初步证明,光敏色素作为受光体参与了湖北光敏感核不育水稻的育性转换过程。1988年—1989年期间,我们以HPGMR和农垦58原种的种子为材料,在本校生物技术中心进行了光敏色素的提取、纯化工作。本文报道的是从上述材料中提取的光敏色素吸收光谱特性的初步研究结果。
It has been previously reported that after the induction / reversal of red light (R) / far-red light (FR) in Hubei light-sensitive nuclear sterile rice (HPGMR) and the test of its natural seed setting rate as a fertility index, It was initially proved that phytochrome participates in the process of fertility conversion in Hubei light-sensitive genie male sterile rice as photoreceptor. During the period from 1988 to 1989, we extracted and purified phytochromes from HPGMR and seeds of Nongken 58 seed at our biotechnology center. This paper reports the results of preliminary studies on the absorption spectra of phytochromes extracted from these materials.
