本文针对我国外汇市场的形式，提出发展无形市场是我们的长期目标，但现阶段应做好完善有形市场的工作；指出应考虑放开对商业银行分支机构参与汇市交易的限制，以便增加我国外汇市场的交易立体、活跃外汇市场，主张应增加我国外汇市场的交易币种的和交易品种，特别是应考虑开办人民币远期外汇交易．以便拓展我国外汇市场的深度与广度。
