住宅建筑安装工程上的污水管道,近百年来一直采用铸铁管及铸铁配件。而国外已广泛采用塑料管及塑料配件代替。今年上海市住宅建筑六公司水电按装工程队和上海住宅建设总公司科研设计室,应用聚氯乙烯管及聚丙烯管件作室内下水管道,在上海龙山新村2~#、 3~#工房中进行了组合试验。一、放水与水压试验在上海龙山新村2~#工房,进行了放水试验。该处有20套磁马桶,40个管件,92公尺管道,100个密封接头,上下为五层楼工房,同时放水和通水,未发现有漏水现象。在试验室进行水压试验,当水压升至0.7公斤时,水管与管件接头处不漏水;升压至1.5公斤
