研究大豆分离蛋白(SPI)经过乙酸酐改性,甘油增塑之后制取可生物降解材料。以材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及吸水率作为考察指标,结果发现:乙酰化后SPI材料的性能有了很大提高,测得了最佳结果为:拉伸强度11.4 MPa、断裂伸长率177.6%、吸水率30.4%。
Study on soy protein isolate (SPI) modified by acetic anhydride, plasticized glycerol after preparation of biodegradable materials. Tensile strength, elongation at break, and water absorption of the material were taken as the index of investigation. The results showed that the properties of the SPI material after acetylation were greatly improved. The best results were obtained as follows: tensile strength 11.4 MPa, elongation at break 177.6% rate of water absorption 30.4%.
