经生物学接种鉴定了 38个水稻品种对水稻条纹病毒 ( RSV)的抗性 ,其中 2 9个分别为江苏、云南、辽宁、福建水稻种植区的主栽品种 .结果表明 ,除福建外 ,其他 3个水稻种植区的主栽品种都表现中感或高感 ,这可能是这 3个稻区病害发生严重的原因之一 .鉴定了 12个品种对 RSV介体灰飞虱的抗性 ,其中有 4个品种表现为抗虫 ,但抗性较低 .研究了 10个品种抗病性与抗虫性之间的关系 ,结果发现 ,4个品种对灰飞虱的抗虫性与其抗病性密切相关 ,相关系数为 99.19% ;而 6个品种的抗虫性与其抗病性的相关系数也达 82 .50 % .结果认为 ,许多水稻品种的抗虫性与其抗病性是紧密相关的 ,但有一些品种则不然 .籼稻品种一般较粳稻品种更具抗虫性 .这些结果说明许多品种的抗 RSV基因和抗灰飞虱基因可能是连锁的 .鉴定发现 ,IR36兼具高抗虫性和高抗病性 ,是抗性育种的良好材料
Thirty-eight rice varieties were identified as resistant to rice stripe virus (RSV) by inoculation, of which 29 were major cultivars in Jiangsu, Yunnan, Liaoning and Fujian rice paddies, respectively.
