目的:确定头花蓼GAP种植基地药材的最佳采收时间及初加工方法,以指导头花蓼药材的采收加工。方法:采用高效液相色谱法、水溶性浸出物测定法对不同采收期、不同初加工方法 GAP种植基地的头花蓼药材中槲皮素、槲皮苷、没食子酸、水溶性浸出物含量进行测定,并运用主成分分析对测定结果进行综合质量评价对比研究。结果:8月下旬采集的药材综合评分值为2.093 0,阴干的药材综合评分值为1.723 1,包含了头花蓼药材中槲皮素、槲皮苷等4种指标成分的最佳综合信息,可确定头花蓼GAP种植基地药材最佳采收时间应在8月下旬,最佳初加工方法应为阴干。结论:不同生长发育期采集的头花蓼中指标成分积累具有一定的规律,初加工方法对头花蓼药材质量影响较大。
Objective: To determine the best harvesting time and initial processing method of Polygonum capitatum GAP planting base medicinal materials to guide the harvesting and processing of Polygonum capitatum medicinal materials. Methods: The content of quercetin, quercitrin, gallic acid and water-soluble extract in Polygonum capitatum of GAP planting base with different harvesting dates and different initial processing methods were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and water-soluble extract assay Carry on the determination, and use the principal component analysis to carry on the comprehensive quality evaluation to the determination result comparative research. Results: The comprehensive score of herbs collected in late August was 2.093 0, and the comprehensive score of dry herbs was 1.723 1, which contained the best comprehensive information of four kinds of index components such as quercetin and quercitrin, It can be determined the best harvest time of Polygonum capitatum GAP planting base should be in late August, the best initial processing method should be dry. Conclusion: Accumulation of index components in Polygonum capitatum collected in different growth and development stages has certain rules. The initial processing method has a great influence on the quality of Polygonum capitatum.
