本文提出蔗地分多期间套不同作物或不同培育高档食用菌(草菇)来进一步提高甘蔗生产竞争力,这是蔗地综合利用的又一次提高。希望作者继续从草菇菌种和进一步提高培育管理草菇技术来提高每担物科产草菇量。蘑菇、平菇都有个销路和价格问题,草菇则无此问题而且容易向港澳销售争取外汇。就是供应国内高级宾馆和饭店,也是供不应求的。要进一步提高甘蔗生产的竞争力就要甘蔗行间间套作物能早上市,这又是一门专门学问,希作者多加努力以求在面临激烈的竞争的珠江三角洲蔗区情况下找出一条新的出路来。除了研究早市供应还应同时研究季外供应,这都能提高间套作物的商品价值,间接提高甘蔗生产的竞争力。王鉴明 In this paper, sugarcane field is divided into different crops or different cultivated high-grade edible fungi (straw mushroom) to further improve the competitiveness of sugarcane production, which is another improvement of comprehensive utilization of sugarcane field.
