铝合金中常量铜的测定方法颇多。我厂过去一直采用电解法测定,虽然结果准确,但分析时间较长,工人劳动强度大,不适于配合炉前快速分析。我们学习了毛主席关于“人类总得不断地总结经验,有所发现,有所发明,有所创造,有所前进。”的伟大教导,又参阅了一些有关资料,在领导和工人同志的大力支持和帮助下,在较短的时间内,试验成功了铝合金中铜的快速碘量测定法,结果稳定、可靠,较电解法快速(双份样品分析时间只需12分钟)、成本低,基本上满足了生产的需要,在我厂已广泛采用。 (一) 试剂 (1) 硝一磷混酸:1:1硝酸与1:1磷 Determination of the amount of copper in aluminum alloy quite a lot.
