目的:探讨胼胝体发育不良的CT诊断价值。方法:对28例胼胝体发育不良的脑CT表现进行分析。结果:本组28例中,全部表现为胼胝体缺如,侧脑室体部分离,室间孔扩大和分离,双额角远离、狭小,三角区、枕角及颞角相对扩大,第三脑室扩大、上抬。另伴有半球间裂明显增宽22例,侧脑室外缘不规则性改变16例,脑灰质异位8例、脂肪瘤6例、蛛网膜囊肿8例、视—隔发育不良4例、中脑导水管狭窄2例。结论:CT扫描对胼胝体发育不良的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the CT diagnosis of corpus callosum dysplasia. Methods: The CT findings of 28 cases of dysplasia of the corpus callosum were analyzed. Results: The group of 28 cases all showed the absence of the corpus callosum, the separation of the lateral ventricle body, the enlargement and separation of the interventricular foramen, the expansion of the third ventricle, the enlargement of the third ventricle, Lift up. Accompanied by significant increase in the interhemispheric fissure in 22 cases, 16 cases of lateral ventricle irregularities, ectopic 8 cases, lipoma in 6 cases, 8 cases of arachnoid cysts, optic disc - poor dysplasia in 4 cases, Cerebral aqueduct stenosis in 2 cases. Conclusion: CT scan is valuable for the diagnosis of hypoplastic corpus callosum.
