在日本,一月七日家家喝七种春菜与大米熬制的粥,叫七草粥。神社寺庙亦以七草粥作祭,祈求一年无病无灾。据查平安时代开始就有喝七草粥的习俗,到了江户时代,当作民俗固定下来,并喝七草粥消病去灾。据说,平安时代(公元781~1184年)的内膳司(负责天皇膳食的官吏),把用嫩青菜制作的汤献给了当时的宇多天皇(在位887—897),从此便有了喝七草粥的习俗。此汤便是中国汉朝“大日”喝的“七菜羹”。
In Japan, every January 7, families drink seven kinds of spring vegetables cooked with rice porridge, called seven grass porridge. Shrine temple is also made with seven grass porridge, pray for a year without disease without disaster. According to the Chia-Ping An era began drinking seven grass porridge custom, to the Edo era, as a folk fixed down, and drink seven grass porridge eliminate disease. It is said that during the Heian period (AD 781-1184), the Intern (the officer in charge of Emperor’s meal) dedicated the soup made with tender green vegetables to Ueto (then 887-897) Customs. This soup is the Chinese Han Dynasty “big day ” drink “seven dishes ”.
