于1990～2002年,我院收治儿童甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)30例。均行外科手术治疗,并随访。其治疗效果满意,无远期并发症,现报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:本组30例,女26例,男4例。年龄9～15岁,平均12.6岁。原发甲亢25例,双侧结节性甲状腺肿并甲亢5例。1.2 术前治疗:(1)抗甲状腺药物治疗1.2～4年,反复发作改行外科手术治疗12例。(2)确诊甲亢后未经药物治疗即选择手术治疗18例。
In 1990 ~ 2002, our hospital admitted to children with hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) 30 cases. All patients were surgically treated and followed up. The treatment is satisfactory, no long-term complications are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: The group of 30 cases, 26 females, 4 males. Aged 9 to 15 years old, with an average of 12.6 years old. 25 cases of primary hyperthyroidism, bilateral nodular goiter and hyperthyroidism in 5 cases. 1.2 Preoperative treatment: (1) anti-thyroid drug treatment 1.2 to 4 years, repeated episodes of surgical intervention in 12 cases. (2) After the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism without medication, 18 cases were treated by surgery.
