1.最近二十多年来,由于研究方法的改进,肠肽激素的研究已进入飞速发展的阶段,肠肽激素的数目逐日增加,它的研究已渗透至基础和临床医学的各个预域,引起各一方面的重视和兴趣。2.肠肽激素是由APUD细胞分泌的多肽化合物,它有各种特异的生物活性,广泛存在于胃肠道胰腺(GEP)组织、中枢和外周神经。肠肽激素与胃肠道功能和全身很多器官的功能有密切关系。它参与胃肠道和全身各器官功能的调节和控制,形成神经、内分泌、旁分泌三重控制的神经内分泌控制系统。3.肠肽激素分为脑肠肽激素和循环肠肽激素二大类,在胃肠道疾病,神经精神疾病的诊断和治疗上带来崭新的进步和希望。4.本文对广泛性内分泌系统,APUD概念,肠肽激素的功能和作用机制作了扼要的说明,并对脑肠肽激素和肠肽激素逐一作了简要的介绍。
