传感器弹性体要求具有足够的强度和韧性,受力后应力和应变的关系具有良好的线性和重复性,较小的滞后和蠕变,长期使用时具有良好的稳定性,因而对材料和热处理提出了较高的要求。我们采用40CrNiMoA钢制造传感器弹性体。钢材除符合YB674-73《航空用结构钢技术条件》的要求外,无目测可见缺陷,低倍组织中的中心疏松和一般疏松不超过1.5级(GB226-77、GB1814-79),无明显锭形偏析和点状偏析;非金属夹杂物(氧化物和硫化物)不超过1级(GB1979-80),不得存在非金属夹杂物;晶粒度不低于5级(YB27-77);无轧制或锻造缺陷。小批生产
