按设计要求,某型教练机油门杆电缆需跟随油门杆一起运动,由于长期运动,油门杆电缆出现了断裂。本文就断裂现象对其进行了材料特性、安装位置及形式、疲劳强度分析,研究表明,油门杆电缆运动时,电缆弯曲半径是影响电缆疲劳强度的主要因素。根据对故障原因的分析结果,提出了改进措施。
According to the design requirements, a trainer motor throttle rod cable to follow the throttle rod together with the movement, due to long-term movement, the throttle lever cable rupture. In this paper, the fracture characteristics of its material properties, installation location and form, fatigue strength analysis shows that the throttle cable movement, the cable bending radius is the main factor affecting the fatigue strength of the cable. According to the analysis of the cause of the failure, the improvement measures are put forward.
