取纯化病毒人工感染的中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheirsinensis)组织进行超薄切片,用电镜观察呼肠孤病毒感染所引起的蟹组织病理学变化.结果表明:该病毒能感染中华绒螯蟹的肠、肝胰腺、心脏等多种组织.在感染组织的细胞质中可观察到55nm的无囊膜球状病毒,但观察不到病毒包涵体.随着病毒的增殖复制,可观察到细胞核中染色质凝结、电子密度增高,线粒体组织结构严重破坏、内脊消失,粗面内质网异常发达,溶酶体大量出现等明显的细胞病变.
The tissue culture of Eriocheirs sinensis, which was artificially infected with the purified virus, was performed ultrathin section and electron microscopy was used to observe the histopathological changes of crab caused by reovirus infection.The results showed that the virus could infect the intestine, Liver and pancreas, heart and other tissues.In the infected tissue cytoplasm can be observed in the cytoplasm of 55nm non-enveloped coronavirus, but no viral inclusion bodies.With the proliferation of the virus replication can be observed in the nucleus chromatin condensation, Elevated electron density, severe destruction of mitochondrial tissue structure, the disappearance of the inner ridge, anomalous rough endoplasmic reticulum, large numbers of lysosomes and other obvious cytopathic effect.
