我厂采用无切削冷镦工艺,大量生产圆柱头内六角螺钉,为纺织机械配套。由于冷镦内六角螺钉头部形状复杂,镦锻比不大于3,用冷拔35钢,镦成的产品头部开裂以及内六角冲头模具的断裂现象非常严重。即使将坯料进行严格的球化退火处理,亦很难保证产品头部不发生开裂,且内六角冲头的使用寿命很低(一般两千件左右),因此采用35钢冷镦内六角螺钉效果不好。后来,我们试图采用低碳马氏体强化工艺来解决这个问题。

Due to the complexity of the head shape of the hexagon socket head cap screws, the upsetting ratio is no more than 3, the head cracking of the forged product and the rupture of the hexagon head punch die are very serious with cold drawn 35 steel. Even if the blanks are subjected to strict spheroidizing annealing, it is difficult to ensure that the head of the product does not crack and the service life of the hexagonal punch is very low (usually about 2,000 pieces). Therefore, the effect of the 35 steel cold heading hexagonal screw not good. Later, we tried to solve this problem by using a low-carbon martensite strengthening process.
