本文对20CrMnTi钢制造的齿轮轴,经碳氮共渗淬火硬化后,在磨削过程中发现的裂纹,进行了宏观特征分析、显微硬度测定、金相组织观察,初步确定该种裂纹为磨削裂纹。对磨削裂纹的性状、分布特征、热处理及影响因素等进行了探讨,指出表面残余拉应力是造成裂纹的力学原因。对热处理、磨削等整个工艺流程进行了改革,并作了分析说明,对减少或避免磨削裂纹,提出了工艺措施。目前已收到了显著的经济效益。
In this paper, 20CrMnTi steel gear shaft, after carbonitriding quench hardening, the cracks found in the grinding process, macroscopic characteristics, microhardness determination, microstructure observation, initially identified as a kind of crack Chipped crack. The characteristics of grinding cracks, distribution characteristics, heat treatment and influencing factors were discussed.
