测定硫化氢的方法很多,但适于测定痕量硫化氢的方法却较少。主要的有分光光度法,荧光法,火焰光度法,离子选择电极法,极谱法,阴极溶出伏安法,间接原子吸收光谱法和微库仑法等。欲测水或空气中ppb级H_2S,国内外现用方法不仅操作麻烦,费物费时,且常需特殊贵重仪器,不能满足需要。我们研究成用简单的汞量滴定法测定水中微克量和亚微克量硫离子(S2~-)后,进一步作了某些改迸。加十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)
There are many ways to determine hydrogen sulfide, but there are few suitable methods for the determination of trace hydrogen sulfide. The main spectrophotometry, fluorescence, flame photometry, ion-selective electrode method, polarography, cathodic stripping voltammetry, indirect atomic absorption spectrometry and microcoulometry and so on. To measure water or air ppb level H_2S, the current methods at home and abroad are not only cumbersome operation, time-consuming materials, and often require special expensive equipment, can not meet the needs.
