1.化验分析了东北地区261份高粱品种的蛋白质、赖氨酸、单宁含量,它们的均数分别为10.62%,2.12%(占百克蛋白质中)、0.22%(占干物重中)和0.75%.2.分析了这些性状的变异幅度及分布情况.看出蛋白质含量变异较大,标准差为1.41,变异系数为13.3%;但与赖氨酸含量、单宁含量比较,它更多地受遗传性支配.赖氨酸含量易受环境影响,变异系数达24.53%.单宁含量受环境影响大,变异系数高达57.78%.单宁含量的变化似有从东南往北随纬度增高而逐渐增加的趋势.西北部干旱地区的品种蛋白质含量较高、单宁含量较低;哲盟品种含有较多的赖氨酸.3.蛋白质含量与干物质中赖氨酸含量为显著正相关,相关系数达0.4562~(**);蛋白质含量与单宁含量间有达到显著标准的相关值为-0.2202~(**),但在各地区间这一规律不完全一致,单宁与赖氨酸间,蛋白质与百克蛋白质中赖氨酸含量间无相关.
