校园文化有多种表现形态,并由此产生一种浓烈持久的精神氛围,置身于这种精神氛围中的师生都会自觉地受到不同程度的潜移默化的影响,熏陶和教育。因此,好的教育工作者理应是良好校园氛围的建设者和营造者。
