一、牡丹江市水力资源开发利用现状 牡丹江市地处黑龙江省东南部,属丘陵山区;河流众多,落差较大,水力资源十分丰富,发展水电有得天独厚的条件,水力资源理论蕴藏量273.2万千瓦,可开发利用水力资源122.1万千瓦。 区内水力资源的特点是蕴藏量大、分布广、相对集中。在总蕴藏量中,牡丹江流域243.3万千瓦,占89%,主要分布于牡丹江干流、海浪河等;绥芬河流域24万千瓦,占8.8%,主要分布于大、小绥芬河;穆棱河流域5.9万千瓦,占2.2%,主要分布于穆棱河干流、马桥河、雷锋河、亮子河。
