观察了在三碘季胺酚引起肌肉松弛的情况下,13只猫的中缝大核32个单位的自发放电情况。观察了外周刺激(刺激牙髓、腓肠神经和正中神经)对于中缝大核单位放电的影响。引起放电增加的占51%,放电减少的占10%,双相反应的占8%,无反应或反应不明显的占31%。没有看到所引起的变化与自发放电频率两者之间有什么规律性的关系。观察了针刺双侧“合谷”穴15分钟后以及针刺双侧“合谷”穴15分钟后立即给予牙髓刺激对于中缝大核单位放电的影响。可以看到针刺能使中缝大核单位放电发生长时间的改变。讨论了出现现象的机理以及本实验在阐明针刺镇痛机制中的意义。
The spontaneous discharges of 32 units in the nucleus raphe magnus of 13 cats were observed in the case of muscle relaxation caused by triiodide quaternary ammonium phenol. The effect of peripheral stimulation (stimulation of pulp, sural nerve, and median nerve) on the discharge of the unitary mechina was observed. 51% of discharges increase, 10% of discharges decrease, 8% of biphasic reactions, and 31% of non-reacted or non-responsive reactions. Did not see any regularity between the changes caused by spontaneous discharge and the frequency of spontaneous discharge. The effect of endodontic stimulation on the unit discharge of the nucleus raphe magnus was observed immediately after acupuncture at the “Hegu” acupoints for 15 minutes and after acupuncture at both sides of the “Hegu” acupoints for 15 minutes. It can be seen that acupuncture can make long-term changes in discharge of the unit cell in the mid-seams. Discussed the mechanism of the phenomenon and the significance of this experiment in elucidating the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia.
