企业退休人员社会化管理在全国已经取得了显著成绩,受到广泛肯定。但是还有许多不尽如人意的地方,需要认真研究解决。一是发展不平衡。全国各地经济条件、城市的基础设施建设、社区环境与工作人员素质的差异,以及部分国有大企业退休人员因远离城区,还没有实行属地管理,导致社会化管理工作发展不平衡。即使在同一省内,不同城市之间,同一城市的不同街道或社区之间也存在差距。
The socialized management of enterprise retirees has made remarkable achievements nationwide and is widely affirmed. However, there are still many unsatisfactory places that need careful study and solution. First, uneven development. The economic conditions across the country, urban infrastructure construction, differences in the quality of community environment and staff, as well as the fact that retirees from some large state-owned enterprises have not managed their territories for being away from urban areas have led to uneven development of socialized management. Even within the same province, there are gaps between different cities, different streets or communities in the same city.
