目的探讨90后大学生人格与幸福感的关系。方法对483名南京工业大学工学院本科生进行了艾森克人格问卷与综合幸福感问卷的调查。结果①90后男女大学生在自我价值与自述幸福维度存在显著性差异(t=2.88,-3.13;P<0.01);②除外向性与负性情感无显著相关外,外向性、神经质和精神质与幸福感各维度均显著相关(其中外向性与负性情感t=-0.03,P>0.05);③外向性、神经质和精神质对90后大学生主观幸福感(生活满意、正性情感、负性情感)的预测力分别达到了22%、17.7%和6.5%。结论人格是影响90后大学生幸福感的重要因素;积极开展人格培养、优化人格品质对于提升90后大学生幸福感有重要作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between personality and happiness of post-90s college students. Methods A total of 483 undergraduates from Nanjing University of Technology were investigated for the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and the Comprehensive Well-Being Questionnaire. Results ① There was a significant difference between male and female college students in the dimension of self-worth and self-reported happiness after 90 days (t = 2.88, -3.13; P <0.01). ② Extroversion and negative emotions were not significantly correlated with extroversion, neuroticism and psychoticism (P <0.05). (3) Extroversion, neuroticism and psychoticism had no significant effect on the subjective well-being of 90 college students (satisfaction with life, positive emotion, negative emotion Emotional) predictive power reached 22%, 17.7% and 6.5%. Conclusions Personality is an important factor that affects the happiness of college students after 90. Actively carrying out personality training and optimizing personality quality play an important role in improving the happiness of college students after 90.
