设计、合成了4个新的N-1-(5′-溴-2′-呋喃甲酰)-N-4-芳香取代氨基硫脲衍生物,8个过渡金属Cu(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ)配合物。配体(H_2A)对细胞质型多角体病毒(CPV)无活性,而其金属配合物则具有较高的生物活性。
Four new derivatives of N-1- (5’-bromo-2’-furoyl) -N-4-arylthiosemicarbazone and eight transition metals Cu ) Complex. Ligand (H_2A) is inactive against cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus (CPV), while its metal complex is highly bioactive.
