为探讨不同剂量的复方胞肌对视神经损害的治疗修复作用,将40只成年大鼠,复制出视神经损害动物模型,分为三种不同剂量给药组及空白对照组,实验前后分别测定各组大鼠闪光视诱发电位(FVEP)和图形视诱发电位(PVEP)。结果显示:中、高剂量组的PVEP和FVEP的潜伏期比对照组有明显的缩短(P<0.06或0 .01),并随给药时间的延长而更为明显。由此证实,该药对视神经损害有显著的治疗作用,并存在一定的量—效关系。
In order to investigate the therapeutic and repair effects of different doses of compound muscle of the optic nerve on the optic nerve damage, 40 adult rats were duplicated the animal model of optic nerve damage and divided into three different dose groups and blank control group. Before and after the experiment, Rat flash visual evoked potential (FVEP) and visual evoked potential (PVEP). The results showed that the latency of PVEP and FVEP in middle-dose and high-dose groups was significantly shorter than that in control group (P <0.06 or 0.01), and more obvious with the prolongation of administration time. Thus confirmed that the drug has a significant therapeutic effect on optic nerve damage, and there is a certain amount - effect relationship.
