抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机模型全特性试验结果关系到电站的过渡过程及运行稳定性,其不同于常规性能试验的诸多特性提高了对试验设备和方法的要求,同时“S”区、零流量、低单位转速等区域试验工况的不稳定亦给数据采集带来了很大困难。根据国内几座大型抽水蓄能电站项目的模型水泵水轮机全特性试验累积的经验,分析总结了水泵水轮机全特性试验的关键技术点,就试验过程中的不稳定区域提出了切实有效的试验方法,并取得了满意的试验结果,可为其他抽水蓄能电站的全特性试验研究提供参考。
The results of the full-characteristic test of the pump-turbine model of a pumped storage power plant are related to the transition process and the operation stability of the power plant. The characteristics of the test plant and the method are different from those of the conventional performance test. At the same time, the “S” zone, zero Flow, low unit speed and other regional test conditions of instability also brought great difficulties for data acquisition. According to the accumulative experience of model pump turbine full-feature test in several large-scale pumped storage power stations in China, the key technical points of the full-featured test of pump turbine are analyzed and summarized, and practical and effective test methods are put forward for the unstable region during the test. And has obtained the satisfactory test result, may provide the reference for the whole characteristic experiment research of other pumped storage power station.
