School-based research and research-based learning is a major highlight of the current curriculum reform in our country. There is no ready-made experience in teaching materials and teaching methods. Based on the case teaching, the author explores the selection, drawing, design and implementation strategies of school-based research and research-based learning, and clarifies that under the background of the new curriculum reform, school-based research is not only the main research paradigm for teachers, but also the basic way to promote teachers' professional growth.
