校本研究和研究性学习是我国当前课程改革的一大亮点,其在教材、教法上都没有现成的经验可循。笔者通过案例教学探索校本研究和研究性学习的选题、取材、设计与实施策略,阐明在新课程改革背景下,校本研究既是作为教师的主要研究范式,也是促进教师专业成长的基本途径。而着眼于学生学习方式改革的研究性学习在目前学科教学任务和方式尚未根本改变的情况下, School-based research and research-based learning is a major highlight of the current curriculum reform in our country. There is no ready-made experience in teaching materials and teaching methods. Based on the case teaching, the author explores the selection, drawing, design and implementation strategies of school-based research and research-based learning, and clarifies that under the background of the new curriculum reform, school-based research is not only the main research paradigm for teachers, but also the basic way to promote teachers' professional growth.
